The Branches form the main regional network of the Society. They provide a forum for individual members to meet, share views and exchange information with colleagues. Branches also offer personal and professional development through seminars and events.
Because of their unique relationships with central government, the Scottish, Northern Ireland and Wales Branches of SOLACE play a particularly important role in representing the interests of their Members.
The Association of County Chief Executives (ACCE) and the Society of Metropolitan Chief Executives (SMCE) are both treated as “SOLACE Branches”.
