’Collaborative Leadership: Creating an inclusive workforce’

Details

“In this increasingly complex world, where the pace of change is accelerating at warp speed and the public’s expectations are rising, the only way we are going to cope, is through our ability to create organisations that make full use of the capabilities of our people”
Gavin Jones, Solace Chair and CEX Essex County County, October 2017

This event will explore how we as leaders can collectively ensure we create the right conditions to achieving inclusivity in the workplace.

An inclusive workplace is a working environment that values the individual and group differences within its work force. It enables an organisation to embrace the diversity of backgrounds and perspectives of the employees, which in turn increases their talent, innovation, creativity and contributions. A more inclusive and diverse workforce that better reflects our communities, can also lead to a better understanding of challenges and therefore better outcomes for the people we serve.

Our speakers will explore how we can create and maintain an inclusive workforce which in turn leads to increased productivity, growth and happier and focussed employees!.
