The SOLACE Foundation Imprint (SFI) has been created to support and incentivise writing, reflection and research on key issues affecting public services and local government.

The Foundation carries out educational and other work which falls within the charitable aspects of the Society's own objectives. Its trustees include Society nominees.

The Foundation can provide grants and bursaries for travel and visits to other local authorities in the UK or abroad and for attendance at training events. Applications should be made to the Company Secretary.
