Membership of the SOLACE Graduate Programme has been set out to be as inclusive as possible, to qualify for membership you will need to fit into one of the following

• You are a member of the National Graduate Development Programme
• You are a member of your organisation's graduate development programme/scheme
• You are in a management development programme within your organisation
• You are new to the public sector and you want to know more and network with others
• You are post graduate and you wish to remain connected to those trying to achieve public service excellence
• You are a graduate working in the private sector but your customers are all in the public sector and you wish to get to know them better
