The Society of Local Authority Chief Executives and Senior Managers (SOLACE) is holding its AnnualReception for Parliamentarians on Thursday 3rd December 2009 at the House of Commons from 7pm to 9pm.

The reception will be hosted by Nick Raynsford MP.

At the reception we will hear from a senior civil servant.
