The Society of Local Authority Chief Executives and Senior Managers (SOLACE) is holding its Annual Reception for Parliamentarians on Thursday 1st December 2011 at the House of Commons from 7pm to 9pm.

The reception is hosted by the Rt Hon Nick Raynsford MP and is being sponsored by Global HPO Ltd. The speaker is confirmed as Lord Michael Bichard who will be speaking about the recent updates on the Localism Bill.
