What SOLACE isdoing
Our vision and the Members' Panel

We aim to achieve our professional purpose by capturing ideas and developing people in the following ways:

  • We provide opportunities for our members and partners to network with and learn from each other through a series of high quality events.
  • We facilitate the participation of our members in the policy development process and we seek to inform policy makers and decision makers of the value of corporate management and local democracy.
  • We work with others to develop future generations of corporate managers in public service.
  • We educate the market place by providing business leaders with an opportunity to learn about public service needs.
  • We aim to do all this in a way which provides excellent customer service to our members and in a way which is underpinned by a sustainable business model.

The SOLACE Members Panel consists of more than 100 SOLACE members who regularly provide feedback and views on a range of policy and other issues. The panel operates virtually on an interactive part of our website and allows us to stay in touch with our membership on a regular basis. If you would like to be part of our Members Panel please join up here.
